Australec Services have established Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
with documented discipline. Our OH&S action plan enables continuous improvement through
the creative involvement of all our employees via our regular OH&S reviews, tool
box meetings and staff reviews.
Australec Services are very conscious of the necessity and importance to engage an
OH&S Plan for our work sites. We are committed to an effective safety management
system, which provides a safe working environment for all employees.
Safety is everyone's responsibility therefore safety rests equally on all parties
working together. We encourage active co-operation in order to MAINTAIN and IMPROVE
our standards continually.
Australec Services has a minimum standard Health & Safety Management Plan to cover
our more routine tasks. This document is regularly updated to meet all new site specific
hazards and requirements, additionally all of our employees are trained in Hazard
Identification and Risk Management enabling them to complete WMS's before proceeding
with tasks as required on our work sites.
